If in any case the conference was not happened full amount will be refunded to the registrants
Cancellations should be intimated before 20th Aug 2018.
Cancellations will only be considered when received in writing or from personal mail.
You will receive 50% amount as refund against your cancellation letter intimated prior to 20th Aug 2018.
All requests for cancellations and refunds should be mailed and get confirmations
Bank charges apply for transactions. USD will be converted to that’s day INR value.
