About URPSSI

URPSSI is a national registered society founded in 2005 with an objective to promote collaboration among specialists and to promote education. It is affiliated to IUGA (International Urogynecological Association) since 2008. URPSSI is a nonprofit organization. It serves women distressed by Urogynecological problems directly or indirectly

The society keeps its door open to all those who are interested in learning Urogynecology and willing to pass on the benefits of their learning to fellows and patients.

Our Objectives

Specific :

• Updating the specialists about the recent advances by organizing periodical conferences and workshops involving national and international urogynecology experts
• Training the specialists in basics of Female Urology, Urogynaecology and Urodynamics
• Standardizing Education and Training
• To encourage research activities in Urogynecology

General :

• URPSSI offers periodical community service by directly offering scientific & advanced management facilities for women who have complex Urogynecological problems in our country .
• Serves the needy women patients in all other states of our country indirectly by educating the neighborhood specialists in managing these problems.
• Bridge the gap between the care seekers and care providers in our country
